That's me. My mother chose my name from a typhoon list that used to be published in phone books in HK in the 1970s. I guess that's what my name is novel as most typhoons are. She chose a name starting with W to match my Chinese name.

ReplyDeleteYou have a lovely rare name. The meaning ("Untamed; willow tree") is also quite apt for a typhoon.
