There was a waitress who was called Sherman at this restaurant that we once went to on a weekly basis with grandpa. She said that she just liked the name. I didn't mention to her that it is most famous as the name of a US tank from WW2.
I also guess this doctor is male, and probably stick thin.
It would have been even funnier if your Sherman waitress was a huge strapping bulk of a woman whose every step would make the restaurant tables shake! However, using the generalizations and averageness of the local Hongkie population, she was most likely a dainty little thing! Lol.

Sherman was not large, though the restaurant was in Burwood, which, while populated with some Hongkies, isn't quite as bad as HK.
