ReplyDeleteIn any other government department, Loh Lai-ting would be much needed to help the environment and save on energy costs.
Btw, "No Rat" is Taron read backwards. That's pretty helpful for a senior medical and health officer. Perhaps that's what Taron is in charge of!
He needs to join the Environment Department (presumably they have one, not that there's much of an environment in HK), and be head of the Energy Conservation section.
