    On a related note: I've noticed that Hong Kong newspapers always insist on reporting a person's full Chinese name, but when it comes to their own bylines they do not follow their own rules. I have a number of Novel HKSAR Names of journalists (like Pulcheria Chung) who unfortunately do not provide their full Chinese names.
